At the end of last year I was asked by a global IT outsourcing company to present my experiences in big organisational change management to around 200 of their leaders. This is basically what I said:

Contrary to popular belief, the main aspect of making big change happen well is not about IT systems, hardware, processes, procedures, contracts or resources. As important as these things are, the main issue is engaging well with the people who will make things happen.
